The Need . When the Training Center had it’s Change of Command ceremony The IRC had been Tasked with filming the occasion. Unfortunately they had not accounted for wind and had accidentally pulled the audio and video of the Digital Camcorder separately causing the sound to be out of sync.

Solution. Used Adobe Premier Pro to re process the Video and audio and spliced the content from both camcorders into one movie.

• Using Filtering Techniques I removed a large amount of the wind noise.
• Created Dust Jacket and CD Art.

Results . Ended up with a great product that has been distributed through out Coast Guard Command.
